  • Download the Beam World app on iOS or Android for the most seamless experience.

    Every package allows you access to all Beam experiences.

    Each experience is worth a certain number of credits.

    Movement classes are generally worth 2 credits, besides special events.

    Workshops are generally worth 3 credits, besides special events.

    Sound classes, such as Submersion, are generally worth 3 credits, besides special events.

  • Top-Up Credits are available for purchase, both for the First Light intro offer and regular packages.

    For example, if you have only 1 credit left, you may purchase Top-Up Credit(s) for enough on your next session!

    You may also choose to purchase a new package, whereby your remaining credits will roll over. Please contact us at hi@beamyoga.world for queries on this.

  • Package extensions are granted for valid medical reasons with proof.

    Permitted extensions for each package are as follows: Little Orbit (2 weeks), Shimmer (4 weeks), Resonance (6 weeks), Constellation (8 weeks).

    In all other cases, credit extension can be performed with the purchase of a new package (i.e. existing expired credits will be rolled over).

  • Yes! Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 7 days and up to 2 months. Simply drop us a request at hi@beamyoga.world

    Take note: Please submit all requests at least 7 days in advance of the desired suspension date to ensure we can work our magic in time!

    A $15 suspension fee applies each time.

  • Memberships can be easily cancelled by contacting us at hi@beamyoga.world

    Take note: All memberships come with a 3-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation incurs a one-off fee that equates to 60% of the monthly membership fee.

  • Our All Access and In-Between Memberships come with guest passes every month!

    These guest passes can be used to invite a guest to any class that you are also attending. The guest has to be a newcomer to Beam and should create a user account within our app!

    To use the passes, simply drop as an email (hi@beamyoga.world) or Whatsapp message with: Your name, your guest's name and their registered email address, as well as the class you wish to attend together!
